It seems that, being a budget smartphone Nokia C5 is targeted towards Asian countries. So, its already released in India but there is no word about UK and US Launch.

Nokia C5 USA Release Date - Nokia is not very popular in US. The recent successful Nokia phone was E71x, supported by AT&T. Nokia is trying very hard to establish user base in US.
