Symbian is not popular in US. They prefer Android and iPhone OS over Symbian.I do have one Android smartphone, Samsung Galaxy Spica i5700.I’m so fed up with the Android platform that I’m gonna ruturn it back.I cannot do so many basic things on Android.
First of all i failed to install any application as i cannot sign in to Android Market. The interenet connection is working fine.I’m able to surf the web but unable to sign in to Android Market. When i searched google i came to know this is a bug and many people are facing this issue.I cannot transfer files over Bluetooth.Simply ridiculous. Then what is bluetooth meant for.Lastly my phone memory is just 150 MB and Android platform doesn’t allow you to install apps on memory card.Believe me I never faced any of these issues with a Symbian Smartphone.
iPhone has even more number of absurd limitations.iPhone lacks Multitasking, Bluetooth File Transfer, No flash in web browser, access from just one PC for iTunes connectivity and many more.
When I’m paying for a hardware i should have the right to use it to full extent without any restrictions.
[...] Symbian Operating System [...]
yeah…this irritates me very much. Paying for hardware is just not enough.. for anaroid and i phone OS..you wont find 3rd party applications on internet for these, as much as for symbian platform. /You need to “buy” everything from anaroid market or i phone apps store..!
damn it.
